Which games is MotionCab for?
This project is made for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator.
Is MotionCab open source?
Do I need an account to use MotionCab?
No. MotionCab is a free plugin with no sign-up and no license key.
Can I use MotionCab with TrackIR, Tobii, or OpenTrack?
Yes, but combining them can produce excessive or doubled-up head motion. You may need to disable some effects in Configuration for the best combined experience.
Does MotionCab affect game performance?
MotionCab is lightweight, but its effects are tied to the game's frame rate, so a very low or unstable FPS can make the motion feel less smooth.
Is this compatible with other mods?
In most cases, yes. Compatibility isn't guaranteed with mods that also modify camera or player movement behavior. If you run into issues, try disabling other camera-related mods first.
How do I report a bug?
